 FAQs

  • We recommend that you change your ticket to the festival wristband before the actual festival day. This way you are ready to go and join the first yoga class on Sunday 21st without queuing. The festival wristbands can be picked up at Havet on Thursday 18.1. (kl 16-18), Friday 19.1. (kl 16-18) or Saturday 20.1. (kl 16-18). If you are not able to pick up your wristband beforehand, you can get it on Sunday from 8.30 onwards.

  • Doors open at 8.30 on Sunday morning. The closing session of the festival ends at 18.30 and you are welcome to hang in the area or use the saunas until 19.30.

  • There will be 2 classes running at the same time. So you can attend 5-6 sessions if you choose to take no breaks. There are 2 yoga shalas: Djupet and Langhuset. Langhuset is smaller, and the sessions there will be filled by “first come - first served” principle.

There will be yoga market in Heim (cafe). There will be a wellness section with massages in addition to various yoga products, clothes, crystals, oils, and so on. So you are welcome to wander around between the classes!

  • Bring your own yoga mat and blanket. It is recommended to wear layers, as it is January and temperature in buildings may vary. If you want to maximize comfort, you might want to bring bolster or meditation cushion as well.

We do have some equipment for borrowing (mats, blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks) so don't worry if you cannot bring your own. If you want to use the sauna during the day, bring a swimming suit, towel and slippers.

  • You can walk through Solsiden, and it takes about 25-35 minutes from the center to Havet. It is also possible to take buses nro 20 (bus stop Strandveikaia), 71 (bus stop Losgata), 10 (bus stop Dyre Halses gate) or 1, 2, 12 (bus stop Buran 2).

Parking is not allowed by the side of skuret (the main long building). If you see cars there, they are employees' or dropping off something. Please park (if you must) in front of the red building a bit further away or somewhere close by in Lade / Solsiden area.

  • The sauna is warm and available for use from 11.00. It will be the big sauna Árdna that is reserved for the festival guests. From 18.30 to 19.30 all saunas (ARK & Árdna) are free to use by the festival crowd.

The water quality at Nyhavna has not been great the past week. Havet is waiting for new results, and we hope e-coli will not be a problem on Sunday. If it is, bathing in water is not recommended. Saunas are open nevertheless. As sauna is an extra offer to the festival and YOGA is the main thing, we hope you understand that we are not able to give any discounts due to the situation.

  • Stammen Cafe will sell salad bowls and rawbites. In addition, Havet has the usual waffle service alongside hot and cold drinks (special offer for kombucha!). THE FESTIVAL IS ALCOHOL- & DRUG-FREE!
